IPL 2024 Auction: SRH snap Travis Head for Rs 6.8 crores

Travis Head made his IPL debut back in 2016 and he played his last game in 2017 representing RCB.

IPL 2024 Auction: After an excellent run in the international arena recently, Travi Head has been snapped by the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) for Rs 6.8 crores in the ongoing IPL 2024 Auction. The left-handed batter has been in demolishing form and will want to continue his hot run in the upcoming IPL auction.

Earlier, Travis Head represented RCB in the IPL. The left-handed batter made his IPL debut back in 2016 and played his last match in 2017. However, Head is now set to rock the IPL once again with his demolishing batting.

Speaking about his numbers in IPL, Travis Head has played 10 matches and amassed 205 runs at an average of 29.29. He played at an excellent strike-rate of 138.51 with 75 being his highest. Head has also scalped two wickets in the IPL but his economy is on a higher side with 10.12.

In T20Is, Head has played 23 games and scored 554 runs at a strike-rate of 146.17. He averages 29.16 in the 20-over format and has one fifty to his name. With the ball, he has taken only one wicket in T20Is.
