Mumbai Indians will be without Kieron Pollard for the first time since 2010, and this absence may prove to be a challenge for them. As a result, they spent a whopping Rs. 17.50 crore to rope in Australian all-rounder Cameron Green. Other than Green, MI roped in Jhye Richardson at a base price of INR 1.5 crore. Towards the later stages, they added Piyush Chawla, Duan Jansen, Shams Mulani, Nehal Vadhera, and Vishnu Vinod at their base prices to their squad.
