Timeline – Asked to bat first Rajasthan Royals got off to a great start as Butler ran riot. In the third over of the match, Buttler cleared his front leg and absolutely clobbered the length ball on off miles over wide long-on. Missed out on 100-run opening stand- Both Butler and Devdutt Padikkal were seen in excellent touch, despite the latter not contributing much. They almost put together an opening stand of 100 runs, but missed out as Padikkal was dismissed by Sunil Narine as the pair scored 97 runs. Padikkal departed for 24 off 18 deliveries.
