As per a Times of India report, Prithvi Shaw is all set to return to the Delhi Capitals camp as Rishabh Pant and Co. aim to make it to the playoffs. Delhi need to win their remaining two games to make the top 4 and the 2020 IPL finalists had struggled in the absence of Shaw, with both Mandeep Singh and Srikar Bharat having flattered to deceive.
“When they play their next game against the Punjab Kings on Monday evening, Shaw is likely to be available,” a source told TOI.
Shaw was hospitalised with typhoid and has missed the last three games. The Mumbai born batsman even shared an update from the hospital, suggesting his wish to return to the dugout soon with a swift recovery.

Luckily for Shaw and Delhi Capitals, the 22-year-old has indeed made a swift recovery and could well be in contention for the next game, when his side face off against the Punjab Kings at the DY Patil Stadium on Monday.
Shaw has been in fine form this season, forging a formidable opening partnership with David Warner at the top of the order. The 22-year-old has scored 259 runs in nine games this season, at a blazing strike rate of 159.
