1. Mumbai’s winless run of six matches – Mumbai have been on the shocking run and have lost six matches in a row, a new record for most consecutive loses. Another loss could make them the first team to lose 7 matches without in since start of the tournament.
2. Fastest fifty in IPL history – Pat Cummins – The Australian was in superb form as he blasted the fastest fifty in the IPL 2022 and the joint-fastest in IPL history with KL Rahul. He smashed the fifty against Mumbai Indians.
3. First hat-trick of the season – Yuzvendra Chahal – The spinner has been in superb form and has scalped 17 wickets so far in the tournament and picked first hat-trick of the season. His hat-trick and fifer powered RR to a 7-run win against KKR.

4. 10 teams for the second time in IPL history: Since 2011, for the first time 10 teams are competing in the IPL.
5. Four wickets in 20th over for the first time – Umran Malik and SRH – Umran Malik will have a special accolade to his name as he scalped three wickets and a runout in the 20th over.
6. KKR score 200+ runs on the IPL anniversary– KKR – KKR scored 200+ on the opening day of IPL 2008 and repeated the feat again, but ended on losing terms this time.
7. Most sixes at this stage –Jos Buttler – Jos Butler has 23 sixes in the tournament and will be trying to add to that as he continues his impressive run.
8. Most sixes at this stage (single innings) – Robin Uthappa – Robin Uthappa scored nine sixes in an innings and thus holds the record for the most this seaosn.

Third most individual hundreds for a single team – Jos Butler – Only Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli have scored more hundreds for a single team than Jos Butler’s three.
- Longest six of 2022 – Dewald Brevis (112m) – The boy from South Africa has been a silver lining on the dark cloud for MI as he scored a six of 112 meters.
- Most maidens – Harshal Patel (2 overs) – The defending Purple cap holder has two maiden overs, most by any player in IPL 2022.

12. Most dot balls – Umesh Yadav (83 dot balls) – Umesh Yadav has been some what miss hit but with 83 dot balls he is starting to make a comeback at his best.
13. Highest Match Aggregate- RR vs KKR (427 runs) – The RR vs KKR match saw both teams fire on all cylinders, but ultimately RR prevailed for a win.
14. Largest victory in terms of ball to spare – KKR vs Punjab (33 balls) – A 33 run win against PBKS for KKR is the biggest in terms of balls to spare so far.
15. Highest Partnership – Robin Uthappa and Shivam Dube (165 runs) – Robin Uthappa and Shivam Mavi hold the record for highest partnership, despite CSK’s struggles.

16. Pat Cummins’ fifty with bat and ball – Pat Cummins scored a fifty and gave away fifty runs in a single match against MI.
17. Most 50+ scores in IPL 2022 – Jos Butler (four)- Jos Butler is too hot to handle at the moment and holds the Orange cap for most runs with 375 runs.
18. Only fifer of IPL 2022 – Yuzvendra Chahal – Chahal has been outstanding for RR and has 17 wickets for the franchise.

20. Most runs conceded in an innings – Mohammed Siraj (59 runs) – The RCB bowler holds the spell for the most expensive economy and runs after giving 59 runs.
21. No hundred run opening stand – The are still no 100-run opening stands in the current season of the IPL 2022.
22. Most catches in an innings – Tim Southee (3 catches) – Tim Southee has scalped three catches, most for any player in a single innings.
23. Best economy rate in the tournament (141 runs in 28 over – 5.03) – Sunil Narine – Sunil Narine had a day to forget against RR, but IPL 2022 has been a great season for him through his bowling perfromances.

25. Only player to be dismissed without facing a ball in IPL 2022 – Sunil Narine
26. Only team to win four matches in a row in IPL 2022 – Sunrisers Hyderabad – After losing three on a bounce, SRH are the only team to win four on a bounce.
27. Most runs by an uncapped player – Rahul Tripathi – The uncapped players are making some name for themselves and Rahul Tripathi is one of them with more than 1500 runs.
28. Most Expensive over of IPL 2022 – Daniel Sams – Daniel Sams gave away 35 runs against Pat Cummins and rest is history as he scored the fastest fifty in IPL.
29. Fastest Ball – Lockie Ferguson (153.9 kmph) – Lockie Ferguson and Umran Malik have been running the show for the fastest delivery of the season.
30. Most hundreds at a particular venue – Barbourne Stadium (2) – The Mumbai based venue is most fruitful for batters as two hundreds have been scored.
