West Indies new pace sensation Odean Smith has been phenomenal since CPL last year. He has continued his good work for West Indies after the national call. The 25-year-old is a raw talent with experience of playing in T20 leagues like PSL, CPL. He has scalped 35 wickets in 32 matches and can be purchased for the base price and make IPL debut.
Jason Holder
West Indies allrounder Jason Holder would also be keen to continue his excellent form against India. He is already doing great against England in the ongoing T20 series. The 30-year-old has taken 7 wickets including 4/7 in the last three matches. The ex-WI captain Holder was one of the positives for SRH in a forgetful IPL 2021. He took 16 wickets in 8 matches at an economy rate of 7.75.
Akeal Hosein
The 28-year-old West Indies spinner Akeal Hosein will be vying for a maiden IPL contract. He has played 67 T20s and scalped 46 wickets. He has been brilliant with the economy rate at 6.33 and comes with an experience of playing CPL & PSL.
Brandon King
West Indies batsman Brandon King will also be aiming for an IPL contract. He has played 72 T20s and amassed 1463 runs which features a century and 8 fifties. He has the potential to win matches as a finisher.
Fabian Allen
After making his debut in IPL 2021, Fabian Allen will be looking to go big in the upcoming IPL 2022 mega auction. He failed to make a mark in the first 4 matches but he is a brilliant allrounder. He has played 66 T20s and taken 41 wickets. At the same time, he has amassed 745 runs.
