India WI Commentators LIST: As Shastri will be undergoing a knee surgery, the much loved voice on CRICKET LIVE BROADCAST will not be seen in action during the West Indies series.
The commentary team for the 3 Match ODI & 3 Match T20 Series will be led by Indian cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar.
Besides Gavaskar – Harsha Bhogle, L Sivaramakrishnan, Murali Kartik, Deep Dasgupta and Ajit Agarkar are the six Indians in the list for the three ODIs.

Shastri likely to start COMMENTARY STINT from IPL 2022
So the big question when will Shastri restart his commentary stint. The former Indian coach has been offered a contract for the IPL 2022 by the OFFICIAL BROADCASTER Star Sports.
Shastri who is currently in Gulf as the commissioner of Legends Cricket League in Muscat is likely to begin his commentary stint in IPL 2022.
