The tickets for the one-off Test between India and Afghanistan which begins from June 6 in New Chandigarh is live and available for fans to grab. The single Test, which marks the second time that the men in Blue will lock horns with the neighbours, isn’t a part of the World Test Championship (WTC 2025/27) cycle. The one-off Test marks India’s return to the red-ball format of the game for the first time since the series loss against South Africa last year at home.

Tickets for the one-off Test between India and Afghanistan (IND vs AFG) are available on the District mobile application and the website. The rates of the tickets start from Rs 250 and go up to Rs 10,000. The game commences from June 6 (Saturday) and will go on till June 10 (Wednesday), provided it is a full-fledged 5-day contest.

Afghanistan reached the venue first and have been preparing for the one-off Test over the last few days. Meanwhile, members of India cricket team arrived in New chandigarh earlier this week following the conclusion of IPL 2026, and have held multiple training sessions. The last time the two sides met in the longest format of the game was way back in 2018 when Afghanistan made their Test debut and were handed an innings and 262-run thrashing by India in Bengaluru.
