Taking to their respective Instagram handles, Rishabh Pant and Anushka Sharma shared a video of a lakeside that seems to be near the team hotel where the Indian contingent is said to undergo 1-Day of quarantine.
1-Day quarantine for Indian contingent on their arrival:
The Indian contingent will not enter a hard quarantine instead will have to spend just 1 day in isolation. They will be tested thrice during their isolation and then enter a Bio-Secure Environment (BSE) following the results.
“Team India will quarantine upon arrival and will be released following the results of the arrival COVID-19 tests that will take place when the team arrives at their hotel. As long as it takes for the arrival Covid-19 test results to come out. No longer than a day,” a CSA spokesperson told InsideSport on Tuesday.

India eye their 1st Test series win in South Africa
Team India will play its first Test on South Africa tour from 26 December. Team India has never won a Test series on South African soil in their 7 previous visits. Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli led test squad will be eying to script history when they begin the three-match Test series that kicks off December 26.

- 2nd Test – January 03-07 – Johannesburg
- 3rd Test – January 11-15 – Cape Town
