IND W vs SA W: Harmanpreet Kaur & Co to take on South Africa in multi format series

India Women's Cricket Team vs South Africa Women's Cricket Team to lock horns in multi format series in India

The India Women’s Cricket Team will face South Africa Women’s team in a multi-format series. The Indian eves will be action from13th June. The series will kick start with 3 ODI games which will be followed by a one-off Test match. The series will finally end with 3 T20I matches.

The 3-ODI matches along with the one-off Test match will be in Bengaluru. On the other hand, the three T20I matches will be held in Chennai. Apart from the 3 ODI matches, there will also be a solitary one-off warm-up matches against Board President’s XI.

On the flip side, the three T20I matches will be held last. This will be for the preparation for the upcoming ICC T20 Women’s World Cup. As a result, the Indian eves will prepare full throttle in Chennai.

All You Need to Know about the IND W vs SA W series

The three ODI matches will commence from 16th June and will conclude on 23rd June. Ahead of the ODI series, the warm up match will be held on 13th June. The ODI series will be followed next by the one-off Test series. The match will be held at Chennai and will commence from 28th June and conclude on 1st July.

Lastly comes the 3 T20I matches which will be played in July from 5th to 9th July. The Test match wasn’t in part of the ICC’s FTP. But in a bid to promote more Test matches for Women’s Cricket, the two boards decided to play the game. India last year played 2 one-off Test matches against England and Australia at home.
