Team India will be high on confidence after thrashing Sri Lanka 3-0 at home. However, New Zealand presents a different set of challenge altogether. The Black Caps might not have the services of experienced Kane Williamson and Tim Southee, but the Black Caps have never been about individuals brilliance. ICC ODI Rankings: How can India reach World No 1 in ODIs?
- India are currently 4th on the ODI rankings behind NZ, England and Australia with 109 ranking points.
- With 3-0 WIN OVER SriLanka, India has reached 110 POINTS
- A 3-0 clean-sweep against NZ will help India surpass NZ with 114 points.
- NZ will drop down to 4th due to negative points.
