The Tweet came from an English cricket fanatic who replied to Michael Vaughan’s Tweet that mentioned Ravichandran Ashwin’s exclusion from the squad. The local man’s tweet captioned, “No but Virat gave my son his spikes!!”
While the English veteran attempted to show disdain towards Kohli’s decision of axing Ashwin in the playing squad, the man tried to cover up Kohli’s gesture saying that the Indian player gifted his son his shoes.
As the four children posed at the camera, the two of them are seen holding Kohli’s gifted shoes while the third child can be spotted holding a small bat. In all happiness, the children are elated to receive the gift from the Indian captain.
