Not only did Pant seek advice from Rahul Dravid, but he was also spotted in a conversation with India’s batting coach Vikram Rathour. Ace spinner Kuldeep Yadav bowled to Pant at the practice session today.

Kuldeep Yadav who wove his magic with the ball in the first Test, claiming a fifer in the first innings and a three-wicket haul in the second innings too got his much-needed bowling practice. Kuldeep will also be keen on continuing his good performances to fix his spot in the team.
“You expect wickets to turn in the sub-continent, and after this we will be playing an important series against Australia where wickets are expected to turn,” said Rathour.
“So it’s good practice for us. It will be good preparation for Indian batters. We are not discussing anything tactically but looking forward to playing good cricket,” he added.
