IND vs AUS Weather Report: What happens if the India vs Australia match is washed out?

While there are minimal chances of rain in Dubai, the same cannot be said about the second semi-final to be held in Pakistan.

IND vs AUS Weather Report: The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is being conducted using a hybrid model. The first semifinal between India and Australia is scheduled for March 4 in Dubai, while the second semifinal between South Africa and New Zealand will take place in Lahore the following day. Unfortunately, several matches in Pakistan were marred by rain, including Afghanistan’s crucial encounter against Australia at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Rain also disrupted Pakistan and Bangladesh’s campaigns, preventing both teams from securing a victory. After being eliminated from the tournament, their final league match was abandoned without a toss.

To address potential weather disruptions, the ICC has announced reserve days for the semifinals and the final. The first semifinal on March 5 has a reserve day on March 6, and the second semifinal on March 6 has a reserve day on March 7. The final, scheduled for March 10, has a reserve day on March 11.

If either semifinal results in no outcome, the team that topped their group will advance to the final. In the event that the reserve day for the final is also washed out, the trophy will be shared between the two finalists.
