IND vs AFG 3rd T20: India sweep series after dramatic double Super Over

In a dramatic final T20I, India survived two Super Over scare to seal a 10-run win and clean-sweep the series 3-0. Rohit Sharma was the star with 121 runs.

IND vs AFG 3rd T20: India have completed a clean-sweep over Afghanistan with a thrilling win after two Super Overs in the third T20I in Bengaluru. Ravi Bishnoi took two wickets in Super Over 2 after India set a 12-run target. But Afghanistan lost two wickets as India secured a 10-run win in the Super Over. Rohit Sharma was the hero hitting fifth T20I ton.  

From 22/4, Rohit Sharma (121 not out) and Rinku Singh (69 not out) played phenomenal knocks, adding an unbeaten 190-run stand to take India to 212/4. But Afghanistan did not give up. Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmanullah Gurbaz added 93 runs for the opening stand. With Mohammad Nabi smashing 16-ball 34 and Gulbadin Naib hammering 55 off 23 deliveries, Afghans levelled the scores. 

Earlier, India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bat against Afghanistan in Bengaluru. India have made three changes with Sanju Samson, Avesh Khan and Kuldeep Yadav coming back in. Axar Patel, Arshdeep Singh and Jitesh Sharma are rested from the IND vs AFG 3rd T20I.
