IND A vs ENG Lions Scorecard LIVE: India A on Friday played out a close draw. At the end of Day 4 India were 426/5 after KS Bharat’s gritty century. Earlier, Sai Sudharsan played a valiant 97 run innings. Sarfaraz Khan also smashed 50 for India. KS Bharat and MJ Suthar were unbeaten at the end of day’s play at 116 and 89 respectively. With England Lions setting a 489-run target for India A to win, the hosts were quickly down to 6/2 losing Abhimanyu Easwaran and Rajat Patidar. But Sarfaraz 55 off 67 while B Sai Sudharsan scored an unbeaten 53 to lead India’s fightback. Pradosh Ranjan Paul also smashed a quickfire 43 as India closed the day at 159/4, still needing 331 runs to win on Day 4 in the1st unofficial Test in Ahmedabad.

Earlier, England set a massive target of 489 runs declaring at 553/8 in the first innings and 163/6d in the second. On the other hand, India were bundled out 227 in first innings.

Rajat Patidar was the only Indian batter who shinned with his 151 off 158 in the first innings. For England, Keaton Jennings and captain Josh Bohannon smashed centuries in the first innings. Jennings scored 154 runs while Bohannon made 125 runs.
