Before the start of the 2nd match, 1 semifinal spot could be fixed. If SouthAfrica beat Netherlands, they will book the 3rd semifinal slot and first from Group 2. The race will then be for the 2nd spot from Group 2.
India will take on Zimbabwe at 1:30 PM. If Pakistan beat Bangladesh, Babar Azam & Co will momentarily surpass India due to a better Net Run Rate with 6 points. It will come down to India to get their job done.
SouthAfrica vs Netherlands at 5:30 AM: SouthAfrica missed the chance to seal the 1st semifinal slot when they lost to Pakistan. But they have another chance against minnows Netherlands. A win and SA will be in the semifinals. The Netherlands have only won a game against Zimbabwe. But at Adelaide Oval, which was a decent batting wicket on Friday, South Africa would look invincible.

India vs Zimbabwe at 1:30 PM: Team India’s qualification hopes for the T20 World Cup 2022 semi-finals lie in their hands as they only need a win in their last game against Zimbabwe to qualify for the knockout stages as Group 2 winners. Zimbabwe on the other hand needs a miracle to qualify for the next stage.
