“Actually, Shubman Gill and I are very good friends, and we take care of each other,” Ishan revealed to Bachchan. “Our friendship blossomed after performing exceptionally well for our state teams. Their friendship evolved beyond the cricketing realm. Ishan Kishan continued, “Whenever we went on tour and had some free time, we used to go out for meals, visit restaurants, and do everything together. Our friendship is not confined to the cricket ground; we are great friends beyond the field.”

In addition to unraveling the roots of his friendship with Shubman Gill, Ishan Kishan, along with fellow cricketer Smriti Mandhana, showcased their trivia prowess on KBC. The duo played the quiz well, reflecting not only their cricketing skills but also their intellect, winning a substantial prize of ₹12.5 lakhs.
