Delhi Capitals (DC) are breathing a sigh of relief as Faf du Plessis is set to make a highly anticipated return to the team ahead of their crucial IPL 2025 clash against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
Faf returns for DC vs RCB clash
The South African opening batter has been sidelined for five matches due to injury, but according to teammate Jake Fraser-McGurk, he’s likely to be available for selection. “I think he’s available tomorrow, from my understanding. He should be available for selection, is my understanding,” Fraser-McGurk confirmed in a pre-match press conference.
Du Plessis was spotted putting in extensive work in the nets at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, further boosting hopes of his return.
