Hardik Pandya‘s elder cousin was arrested for cheating against him and Krunal Pandya. Charges have also been made against Hardik’s cousin for mismanaging a sum of 4.3 crores. Vaibhav Pandya, Hardik’s cousin was arrested for cheating both Hardik and Krunal Pandya.
Hardik Pandya’s Brother Arrested
The trio of Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Vaibhav Pandya have a partnership firm relating to polymer. Both Hardik and Krunal holds 40% of the shares, while Vaibhav owns the remaining 20%. But now the elder cousin has been arrested on accounts of cheating and forgery.
Back in 2021, the trio started the polymer business. But then Vaibhav started out a similar venture. Since he started the venture without informing Hardik and Krunal, he was arrested for violating the terms of the contract along with the money misplacement.
Not a Great start to IPL 2024 for Hardik
Hardik Pandya returned to Mumbai Indians ahead of IPL 2024. This time he replaced Rohit Sharma as the captain of the team. But for Mumbai Indians, things didn’t work according to plans. The 5-time champions got off to a poor start. They went on to lose their opening 3 games.
But Mumbai Indians got a win their fourth game of the tournament. The Blue Army defeated Rishabh Pant’s Delhi Capitals by 29 runs and plans to build on the momentum after the win.
