Hanuma Vihari ridicules Andhra Cricket Association’s statement on abusive language

Former Andhra skipper Hanuma Vihari has responded to Andhra Cricket Associations over a complaint made against him

Andhra cricketer Hanuma Vihari is wishing better luck to Andhra after the association responded to his social media posts. The batter claims that he was sacked as the captain after shouting at a 17th man during the side’s game against Bengal. The Andhra Cricket Association, in a statement, claims that it will it will conduct a thorough inuqiry into the matter.

Vihari reacts as Andhra orders inquiry into allegations

Earlier today, Vihari revealed that he’s been sacked as Andhra’s Ranji Trophy captain. According to him, his act of scolding a 17th man, KN Prudhvi Raj, had caused the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) to remove him as skipper. As it turns out, Prudhvi is a politician’s son, and his father had asked the ACA to sack Hanuma Vihari.

Following his revelation, Prudhvi put on an Instagram story that has since been deleted in which he called his former skipper a, ‘so-called champion”. Vihari hit back and posted a signed letter from his teammates, which claimed that they wanted him back as their skipper.
