The Mumbai bond is on full display ahead of the Mumbai Indians vs Rajasthan Royals match. Teammates in the Indian and Mumbai cricket teams, Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal, decided to have a chat before they went toe-to-toe on April 1 at the Wankhede Stadium.
Rohit, being almost 15 years his senior, would probably be telling the talented 22-year-old how to get among runs in the IPL 2024 season. Jaiswal has scored just 29 runs so far in the event and would hope to score against the Mumbai Indians and get his side a third consecutive win.

With the T20 World Cup 2024 scheduled to be played just days after the IPL 2024 ends, it is of high importance for Rohit and the India cricket team that he gets among runs. Similarly, with Yashasvi Jaiswal on course to be Rohit’s opening partner at the T20 World Cup, the southpaw’s form will be something to keep an eye on.
