News agency PTI quoted Nilgiris Collector as saying that 13 of the 14 occupants of the IAF helicopter were killed. The sole survivor is a male. An investigation has been ordered, the government is likely to make a statement in Parliament on Thursday on the crash of the Mi-17V5 helicopter.
