Fake news alert! Lucknow police issues warning against falling for rumours of SRK attending LSG vs KKR match

Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar, is often spotted supporting his team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Indian Premier League matches. Rumours began circulating that he would attend today’s LSG vs KKR IPL 2024 match in Lucknow. However, the Lucknow Police have issued a warning against spreading such rumours.

On their official X (formerly Twitter) account, the Lucknow Police wrote, “It is being reported in some social media/media that Shah Rukh Khan is coming to support the KKR team in today’s IPL match. No such information has been received in this regard yet. Unnecessary rumours should not be spread; otherwise, strict action will be taken against those who spread them. #UPPolice”

LSG aim for IPL 2024 Playoff berth

Shah Rukh Khan’s team, Kolkata Knight Riders, face off against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). The game is set to take place at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.
