India captain Rohit Sharma’s hilarious rant at umpire Virender Sharma was caught on the stump pic during IND vs AFG 3rd T20I at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
The incident happened before the start of second over of the innings. The Indian skipper was unaware that his leg side boundary in the previous over was given a leg bye by umpire Virender Sharma.
“Arey Viru, pehle wala thigh pad Diya tha kya? Itna bada bat laga hai. Ek toh idhar 2 zero ho gaya hain”, Rohit Sharma was caught saying to the umpire.
Talking about the game, Team India are in a spot of bother after losing 4 quick wickets inside powerplay. Opting to bat first, India have lost Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Shivam Dube and Sanju Samson inside 5 overs.
