The battle between SA batters vs IND bowlers as Eden Garden readies for an epic clash

It will undoubtedly contest between South African batters, versus Indian bowlers. With the Proteas’ top six in red-hot form, and the Eden Gardens pitch also pretty flat, South Africa batters, the likes of Quinton de Kock, Aiden Markram, Rassie van der Dussen, and Henrich Klassen would look to attack from word go.

On the other hand, Indian bowlers, the likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Shami, and Siraj, will look to take wickets upfront. Also, India’s spin twins Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja will get some purchases from the Eden Gardens surface. This ground is very good for chasing since the dew factor will come into play. 270 is the average score on this surface.
