The voice of the RCB fans is clear: they want KL Rahul. During a warm-up session at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, the local lad received a great reception, with many fans shouting ‘RCB captain, KL Rahul’. As we all know, Rahul’s future with LSG looks bleak and there were previous reports as well that stated a possible return of Rahul to RCB.

Rizwan to replace Babar Azam as PAK captain?

Rumors are swirling in Pakistan cricket circles about a potential captaincy change. Babar Azam, the current white-ball captain, may be replaced by Mohammad Rizwan. The PCB’s decision to omit Babar from the Champions One-Day Cup captaincy has fueled speculation. Rizwan may be appointed captain across all formats as well now that Shan Masood has lost his first five Tests. Babar Azam’s captaincy hasn’t been great either.

Navdeep Saini – Silver turns to Gold!

Navdeep Singh, an Indian javelin thrower, initially won a silver medal at the Paris Paralympics in the Men’s Javelin Throw F41 event. However, after the Iranian athlete was disqualified for violating the IPC’s code of conduct, Navdeep Singh’s medal was upgraded to gold. This historic win marks India’s first-ever gold medal in the Men’s Javelin F41 category.

Rishabh Pant is back!

Rishabh Pant, once a force to be reckoned with in Test cricket, is back in his element. Despite a lengthy layoff, he’s picked up where he left off, attacking the bowling from the outset. His recent 61-run knock in the India A vs B match showcased his trademark aggressive style. All this came after his team was staring down the barrel at 22/3. However, alongside Sarfaraz Khan, he launched a counter-attack with aplomb!

Rohit-Kohli should’ve played Duleep Trophy?

Former Indian spinner Pragyan Ojha believes Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma should have played the Duleep Trophy to regain match fitness. He said this during an exclusive chat with Insidesport. Other former cricketers like Sanjay Manjrekar and Sunil Gavaskar have also expressed similar views. The absence of the two batting stalwarts from the domestic tournament has sparked discussions. While it has been a mixed opinion, their inclusion might have been made them ready for a packed Test season ahead.
