Hasan Ali injures himself

Pakistani bowler Hasan Ali has injured himself in the ongoing T20 Vitality Blast in a match between Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire. The bowler was pumped up after getting a wicket and then went on to execute his trademark explosion celebration.

In incident took place in the 19th over of the game. For Warwickshire, Hasan Ali took the ball for the final over before dispatching Olly Stone. But his joy was short-lived as he injured himself while celebrating.

Hasan Ali went on to pull a muscle on his abdomen and found it hard to breathe. He stretched for a while but still went on to experience discomfort.

Not the first time

This was a deja vu for the bowler. Back in 2018, he experienced a similar fate. Back then he was playing for his country against Zimbabwe. Then, he pulled a muscle on his neck.

Ali was recently released from the Pakistani squad. He is not a part of the team that will be playing the ICC T20 World Cup in USA. As a result, he continues his domestic stint with Warwickshire in England.
