Former South Africa pacer Dale Steyn will not be participating in IPL 2024. He was a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad coaching staff until the previous edition. Steyn will reportedly be back next year, pending all necessary arrangements and requirements.

As per Cribuzz, the franchise has initiated a search for a new bowling coach after Steyn informed them about his decision. The announcement about his replacement as coach is expected to be made soon.
