Ahead of the CWG opener, captain Harmanpreet Kaur was seen swinging a golf stick as she prepared for the clash. Harmanpreet took the different training route as she was seen working on her striking ability. She used golf swing simulation for hip-shoulder dissociation which helps her keep the balance.
The Indian skipper also worked on her natural swing and uses the low center of gravity to execute her shots. The Indian skipper is all posed to make the opportunity count and guarantee India it’s first medal in Cricket at the CWG.
