Later coming into bat at No.6 after RCB were down in the dumps at 60/4, Suyash played an enterprising cameo with some excellent shots keeping the team in the hunt. Prabhudessai built a strong partnership with Shahbaz Ahmed before being castled for 34 by Maheesh Theekshana.

Who is Suyash Prabhudessai? Suyash Prabhudessai is an all-rounder from Goa, and was picked up by RCB in the IPL 2022 auction for Rs 30 lakh. Suyash has previously spent a year with RCB last year, but did not manage to get a game, with Shahbaz Ahmed making his debut ahead of him.
The 24-year-old has been a consistent performer in domestic cricket, especially in the white-ball formats having made his debut for the state side in 2017-18. Prabhudessai is also known for his medium pace bowling, and one can expect him to roll his arm over should he get more opportunites with RCB.
