Injury Update
The Chennai Super Kings have a couple of injury woes. Their ace opener, Devon Conway, is out for the first leg of the season, and their pace sensation, Matheesha Pathirana, isn’t available either due to a hamstring injury. Their middle-order enforcer Shivam Dube was recently cleared to play, and issues regarding his fitness still pertain.
The only issue for Royal Challengers Bangalore would be injury-prone Reece Topley, who has a long list of injuries over his career, including missing the IPL last year.
