CSK Playing XI: The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have made some strategic moves in the IPL 2024 Auction, shaping a formidable squad ahead of the upcoming season. With a squad strength of 25, including 8 overseas players, CSK has aimed to cover all bases for a well-rounded performance.
Among the notable acquisitions are Rachin Ravindra, secured for INR 1.8 crore, who is set to fill in the shoes of Ambati Rayudu. The team has also bolstered its all-rounder lineup with the inclusion of Daryl Mitchell for a hefty sum of INR 14 crore. Mitchell joins Rachin Ravindra as a crucial addition, providing valuable options in both batting and bowling.
Shardul Thakur, acquired for INR 4 crore, will serve as the team’s bowling all-rounder, adding depth to their pace attack.
