As per the MET department’s predictions, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius, accompanied by a high probability of rain, estimated at 97 percent. Humidity levels are projected to hover around 81 percent, and the sky will be heavily overcast, with cloud cover reaching 99 percent when the match resumes at 3 pm IST on Monday afternoon.

During the course of Monday afternoon, approximately 17.9mm of rainfall is anticipated. Although the likelihood of rain decreases slightly to 80 percent by the evening, the sky is anticipated to remain completely clouded, with a 100 percent cloud cover. This weather forecast underscores the challenging conditions that may impact the match proceedings.

What if Reserve Day is washed-out?

In order to get a result, a minimum of 20 overs must be bowled in both innings of the game. If the IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 match gets rained out on the reserve day, India and Pakistan will each earn a share of the match points.
