Hot and Cold is the best way to describe Suryakumar Yadav‘s performance in IPL 2024. But now since the IPL is over for him, it is a major concern for the Indian Cricket Team if he continues his inconsistent form. It is safe to say that SKY hasn’t been bad in IPL 2024.
He has 3 fifties and a solitary century in 11 innings. It should also be mentioned that he missed the first 3 matches for Mumbai Indians owing to fitness concerns. Finally after getting his clearance from the NCA, in SKY’s first match in IPL 2024 he didn’t bother the scorecard as he managed a duck.

Along with three fifties SKY also has three ducks to his name. Now this can be a bit of an issue for the Men in Blue in the ICC T20 World Cup. While India are tipped to be one of the favourites, it is of extreme importance that SKY needs to fire on all cylinders. Batting at number 4 for Team India, a lot will be on his shoulders to build up a big score for the country.
