‘Bolna kya chahte ho?’, Babar Azam’s motivational speech in Pakistan team huddle creates meme fest

The Pakistan team got a much-needed pep talk from skipper ahead of the must-win clash against South Africa.

Babar Azam-led Pakistan have been under high-pressure after poor outings in the ongoing World Cup 2023. With three back-to-back losses, the team’s next 4 games are must wins. Needless to say, the team is in dire need of motivation to turn around their campaign. However, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam’s motivational speech ahead of PAK vs SA left Netizens in splits and the speech soon turned into a meme fest.

Just before the start of Pakistan team’s optional training session at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai, Babar Azam gave a pep talk to his teammates in the team huddle.

“Hum yeh bahut bari kr chuke hai. Hum girte hai fir jab hum uthte hai toh fir hum upar tak jate hai. Woh yaad kro. Should to shoulder saath rakhenge toh asaani hogi. Main yeh isiliye bar bar keh rha hun kyunki hum yeh kr chuke hai. Humne yeh krke dikhaya hai aur bahut bari krke dikhaya hai (We have done this many times. We fall down but when go up we go all the way. Keep that in mind. It will be easy if you stay with each other, shoulder to shoulder with each other. We have done that before”, Babar said in the team huddle.

Talking about Pakistan vs South Africa clash, the Men in Green will likely make few changes for the must-win game. Pacer Hasan Ali is down with fever and is likely to be replaced by Mohammad Wasim Jr. Meanwhile, Fakhar Zaman, who was struggling with a knee injury, has recovered and might replace opener Imam ul Haq in Playing XI.

Pakistan World Cup Squad: Babar Azam (c), Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Abdullah Shafique, Mohammad Rizwan, Saud Shakeel, Iftikhar Ahmed, Salman Ali Agha, Mohammad Nawaz, Usama Mir, Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Wasim.
