Bhuvneshwar Kumar began his Indian Premier League (IPL) career with RCB in 2009 but didn’t get a game during his two-season stint. He later moved to the now-defunct Pune Warriors, where his performances were underwhelming. However, his career took a turn in 2014 after joining Sunrisers Hyderabad. He became a key player, excelling in both PowerPlay and death overs. He took 18+ wickets in his first four seasons and won back-to-back Purple Caps in 2016 and 2017, playing a crucial role in Sunrisers’ 2016 title win.
