Eventually Perth finished the league stage on top of the points table with 11 wins and 22 points against their name. Sydney Sixers came second with 21 points from 14 matches and a NRR of 0.846. Melbourne Renegades jumped to the 3rd spot with 14 points. Sydney Thunder piped Brisbane Heat and Hobart Hurricanes to finish at the 4th position, with 14 points. Brisbane Heat after their loss to Hurricanes ended the season on the 5th spot. Hobart Hurricanes also missed the qualification to playoffs finishing on the 6th position with just 12 points from 14 matches. Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Stars are at the 7th and the 8th spot.
