BAN vs PAK Live: Pakistan and Bangladesh are locking horns in the second T20I at Dhaka today. However, the hosts suffered an injury scare in the third over when Pakistan pace sensation Shaheen Afridi flung a throw at Afif Hossain at the batting end as the batter fell down in the pain. The incident took place in the third over of the Bangladesh innings. Coming to bowl his second over in succession, Pakistan left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi was hit for a SIX by Afif Hossain over fine leg boundary on the second delivery which was a half-volley.
Shaheen Afridi then bowled a good length delivery which Afif Hossain pushed back towards the bowler. However, Shaheen collected the ball and flung the ball back at Afif which hit low on the ankle. Afif immediately fell down in pain, with the physio running out to the middle.
However, Shaheen also apologized immediately after he saw Afif falling to the ground and went on to check Afif’s condition along with Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and others.

Meanwhile, Shaheen Afridi was also seen apologizing to Afif Hossain after the match ended. Afridi went up to Afif post-match and said sorry for the throw. Check out the video –

Coming back to the match, Pakistan have gained an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. The Men in Green registered a thumping 8 wickets win on the back of Fakhar Zaman’s unbeaten fifty and M Rizwan’s handy 39. The third and final T20I of the series will be played on Monday at the same venue.
