In the post, Karthik could be seen having long hair in the before section, before jumping to a neat undercut in the after part of the video. Asia Cup 2022 Live: Dinesh Karthik ready to fire as a finisher for team India
- Since scoring that epic 50 against South Africa in June 2022, Karthik has failed to show consistency in the matches against England and West Indies.
- The veteran could not cross 50 in nine innings and his finishing prowess have been questioned.
- Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid have backed him for the Asia Cup, and the right-hand batter would be keen to make amends during the continental Cup.
Karthik has been looked upon as a finisher. He has been given that role after his exploits in IPL 2022 with Royal Challengers Bangalore. The franchise used him in the last few overs, irrespective of the batting number. India have used him in a similar manner, and one does not see that being changed.
