Influencer Sapna Gill filed a complaint against the cricketer and his friend at the Andheri magistrate court. As per Sapna’s statement, Shaw reportedly touched her breasts and pushed her, which is considered a serious offense. Sapna has urged for the registration of an FIR under sections 354, 509, and 324 of the IPC, as she was allegedly hit with a bat. Additionally, she has submitted medical evidence from a government hospital as crucial proof of the sexual assault.
