Day 2 Summary:

Coming to bat, Steve Smith and Travis Head looked positive. Smith went on to pile another century against the Indian bowling line-up. However, the bowling team made a decent comeback to restrict to 469/10. Mohammed Siraj was the pick of bowlers as he took four wickets.

Coming to bat, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill were positive as they stroked a few boundaries. However, Australian skipper got the first breakthrough to get his opposite number. The final wicket to fall on Day 2 was Ravindra Jadeja as Nathan Lyon opened his wicket column. At Day 3, Ajinkya Rahane and KS Bharat are holding the fort for India.
