3. Dalton Smith vs Sam Maxwell (British and Commonwealth Super-Lightweight Titles): On Saturday night, Dalton Smith and Sam Maxwell will square off in a high-calibre contest for the British and Commonwealth Super lightweight titles.

Smith, one of the UK’s top prospects, will be hoping to make a statement after his last two matches saw him earn unimpressive point victories over Kaisee Benjamin and Billy Allington.

Smith must defeat Liverpudlian Maxwell, a former amateur standout who famously squared off against the legendary Vasiliy Lomachenko in the World Series of Boxing, in order to win the Lonsdale Belt outright.

Maxwell, who is now 34, maybe missing his last opportunity to actually create a name for himself in the professional ranks as he faces Smith as a big betting underdog.
