Every action-based game that features the Battle Royale and Multiplayer mode has a dedicated ranking system. The popular action-based title from Activision is no exception. Call of Duty Mobile has seven different ranks and players can climb up the tiers by engaging in ranked matches and winning more games. Although it takes a lot of effort to reach the higher tiers, the ranking system adds a different dynamic to the game.

Tier system in CoD Mobile Season 7

CODM features a total of seven different ranks. These ranks are:

  • Rookie
  • Veteran
  • Elite
  • Pro
  • Master
  • Grandmaster
  • Legendary

Players aim to reach the Legendary tiers as it is proof that they play the game exceptionally well, and can take down any kind of challenge with ease. However, reaching the Legendary tier is immensely time-consuming. Players have to complete several tiers before they can reach the Legendary tier. The Rookie, Veteran, Elite, and Pro tiers feature five individual tiers that need to be completed before one can reach the next tier.

Call of Duty Mobile Season 7: What changes are coming in the Ranked mode in the next season?

Master Point Bonus

The first change that gamers will notice will be the Master Point Bonus. Gamers who reach Grandmaster in either Multiplayer or the Battle Royale mode will receive a rank XP Bonus on the other mode, where they are yet to be Grandmaster. The bonus, however, will gradually decrease with increased rank until Master V in Call of Duty Mobile Season 7.

This will be beneficial for gamers as it will allow them to rank up quickly. As a result, players can claim all the ranked rewards easily each season.

Daily First Win

Players will be able to get a free reward every day with the Daily First Win segment. The modes for this particular mechanic will be updated on a daily basis. Players will be eligible to claim more XP with the Daily First Win mechanic.

Bonus for Multiple Selection Mode

Gamers will get the chance to earn more bonus points by selecting more modes for a ranked match. Playing more modes and unlocking more bonus points. This will help gamers get more XP to rank up in Call of Duty Mobile Season 7.

Map Pool Adjustment

Ranked maps will be divided into two pools, namely general maps and new seasonal maps. New seasonal maps will consist of new maps as well as older maps that have been optimized. Pro rank and above players will play a random map that has been chosen during the voting. The two maps in voting in Call of Duty Mobile Season 7 are always picked from the same pool.

Protection mechanism for new maps

New maps will get a new protection mechanism. Through this protection mechanism, the losing team will get compensation points.

With these new changes in place, it is expected that the ranked mode gameplay of Call of Duty Mobile will be even more interesting as the new season arrives.
