Hackers and cheaters are destroying the game where the anti-cheat app is banning the found once regularly but it is not enough. They again back with the new idea where the Device ban feature could stop them to join the game again from the same device. Let’s know more about it.
BGMI Device Ban Feature: Earlier today, Krafton introduces the Device Ban feature in the BGMI to prevent hackers and cheaters. This device ban feature found the hacker accounts and ban them along with their device in the game. So if they try to create a new id for the game that will not work and as the particular device is banned.

Krafton announced,
“Dear BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA fans, To provide fair gameplay and eliminate the use of illegal programs, we would like to announce an additional punishment for cheaters.
[Device Ban]
– Date of application : Dec 24
– Content of application : If the use of illegal programs is detected with a mobile device by the newly applied security logic, the device will be permanently banned from using BGMI.
Up until now sanctions were given only to the accounts, but now the mobile devices will be banned as well, making fair gameplay far more effective. We will continuously strive to eradicate any unfair gameplay, especially the use of illegal programs to provide our fans the utmost pleasant gaming experience.”

What are the criteria for banning a device?
We identify and record the devices of users who deliberately cheat and continue to adversely affect the gaming environment, to increase the accuracy of combating behaviors that undermine game fairness. Once a device is identified as being used for malicious purposes, it will no longer be possible to log in or create any new game accounts on that device, so please do not risk it.
How long will a device be banned?
To crackdown on actions that maliciously harm the gaming environment and prevent others from taking such actions, we will permanently ban all devices that are used to violate the rules, and this ban will not be lifted.
If a device is banned, will the account be affected too?
If your account can be used normally, you can log into your account on another device. If you need to file a claim for a banned or frozen account, please refer to the standard procedure for banned accounts.
