What are the criteria for banning a device?
We identify and record the devices of users who deliberately cheat and continue to adversely affect the gaming environment, to increase the accuracy of combating behaviors that undermine game fairness. Once a device is identified as being used for malicious purposes, it will no longer be possible to log in or create any new game accounts on that device, so please do not risk it.
How long will a device be banned?
To crackdown on actions that maliciously harm the gaming environment and prevent others from taking such actions, we will permanently ban all devices that are used to violate the rules, and this ban will not be lifted.
If a device is banned, will the account be affected too?
If your account can be used normally, you can log into your account on another device. If you need to file a claim for a banned or frozen account, please refer to the standard procedure for banned accounts.
