Asmon accepted that he was thinking of quitting Twitch. The reason could be his lack of enjoyment in life as a streamer. He often found himself agitated and his mental health was not so quiet in the right place. It was a sensible idea to take some time off. Meanwhile, it was so tragic to hear the news of her mother’s death, soon after he returned from the vacation. Thus, he again decides to have some private time alone away from the world’s daily turmoil. After taking his time, he made an electrifying return to his second channel, & ever since he has been doing great.
On January 21, Asmon shared his view to fans that the thought of quitting sometimes still crosses his mind from time to time. However, he said that he’ll “never really quit” and he will always indulge himself in creating content to some degree.“Would I ever consider changing careers? I think that changing focus is really a better way to say it,” said Asmon. He further goes on to explain that he’d focus more on creating OTK content rather than leaving or quitting. “I can’t imagine a world where I’m not making content.” That doesn’t mean he never thought of it. “Whenever I’m not happy with my stream, or I’m not happy with something, I always think about quitting.

Asmongold has previously spoken openly about the heart-wrenching reason why he began streaming firstly, & the fact that he’d “probably do nothing” if wasn’t to be a streamer.
