A young woman went to the police station on Sunday, she accused the player of rape & the prosecution took up the case despite the woman’s refusal to file a complaint.

The incident took place on February 25, and the victim reported the matter to the police this weekend. She does not want to file a complaint but wishes to give a statement regarding the rape.
Achraf Hakimi Arrest: How did it start?
As per Le Parisien, the woman and Hakimi started talking on Instagram on January 16, after which he invited her to his home in Boulogne. He reportedly ordered an Uber for her transportation.
The victim claimed that after arriving at Hakimi’s home, he forcibly kissed her and sexually assaulted her. She managed to escape by kicking him and calling her friend to pick her up.
Achraf Hakimi’s married life
Hakimi’s wife, Hiba Abouk, is currently on holiday in Dubai with their children. The couple got married in 2020 and has two sons. Hiba is a Spanish actress who is also a devout Muslim, like Hakimi. The footballer has not responded to the allegations yet.
Hiba is twelve years older than him and gained popularity through her role in the Spanish crime drama El Principe. Like Hakimi, she is also a devout Muslim. They share similar backgrounds as she was born in Madrid to parents who had immigrated from Tunisia.
The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2020 and welcomed their first child soon after. Their second child was born in 2022.

Achraf Hakimi’s inclusion in the FIFPro 11
After some brilliant performances for both club and country, it came as nobody’s shock that the full-back was included in the FIFPro11. At the start of the year, Hakimi was selected for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations Team of the Tournament. Later, as a right-back, he played a crucial part in Morocco’s achievement of becoming the first African team to reach the World Cup semi-finals in December 2022.
As a result, Hakimi earned the distinction of being the first African player to be included in the World 11 since Didier Drogba in 2007.
