The IPL 2024 Playoffs are just around the corner and fans can’t wait for the mouth-watering clashes which will set the stage for a high-octane final. Three former champions – KKR, SRH and RR – along with a team that is in the hunt for a trophy since the tournament’s inception, RCB, will battle it out to determine who will lift the trophy. InsideSport conducted a poll to ask readers who do they think will lift the IPL trophy this time. The answers, well, weren’t surprising.
Fans vote for RCB to lift IPL 2024 trophy
In a poll on Twitter, 57% voted for RCB to win IPL 2024 while 17% think that SRH will win the title.
Similarly, in a poll on Instagram, 63% of the fans voted for RCB to win the cup while rest of the teams received below 20%. A poll on WhatsApp also saw a similar result, with fans rooting for Virat Kohli and co. to end their trophy drought.

RCB’s comeback after setback
Back in the end of April, it looked like RCB had no chance to make it to the top four, forget winning IPL 2024. However, Faf du Plessis and co staged a remarkable comeback by winning six games on the trot to storm into the IPL Playoffs.
Bengaluru defeated CSK by 27 runs in a nail-biter at M Chinnaswamy stadium to seal their spot in the playoffs.
