Krafton posted a blog post addressing the fix of Login issues-
“Hello, Survivors! We are aware that there are issues preventing you from logging into PUBG: NEW STATE. We suspect that this issue has to do with the cloud server managing the log-in process and are looking into the situation. We are working to resolve these issues and any updates will be shared on this announcement as progress is made. Thank you for your patience.”

They also updated the FPP Mode setting when getting into a vehicle, you will automatically switch to TPP Mode while inside. Earlier They posted,
“We believe that vehicle controls are one of the big hurdles for FPP Mode. Starting the December patch, the default perspective when riding a vehicle will be set to TPP Mode, even if your perspective is set to FPP Mode. However, the survivors who want to enjoy the drive-in FPP mode can use the FPP- TPP switch button. “
They removed this setting from the game and updated the patch notes recently. So start enjoying whatever perspective you want to play.
